We’re 100% Australian owned, are based in Queensland, and were the first Australian company to recycle vapes. Single-handedly kickstarting a new Australian industry, by turning disposable vapes into fast and reliable portable powerbanks.
It all begins with our free to use vape recycling bins, which you’ll find across major cities in Southeast Queensland, such as Brisbane, Toowoomba and the Gold Coast.
Once full, we collect the bins, carefully take each vape apart, and recover the valuable metal, plastic, and lithium-ion batteries that they contain.
These rechargeable batteries are small but powerful, and because modern vapes are single-use they’re usually still brand new.
So, instead of wasting them, we clean each battery, and run a series of safety tests to make sure it's still healthy and working properly.
Once a battery has passed these tests, it’s ready to be re-used as the power source in one of our fast charging, lightweight CasuallyLoaded® powerbanks.
Thanks to this process, we’re able to keep vapes out of landfill and create sustainable, reliable, Australian made travel powerbanks.

Where Can I Recycle My Vapes?
If you've got a stash of old vapes you don't need anymore and want to make sure they get recycled we can help.

How Do You Test The Batteries?
All of the lithium-ion battery cells recovered from the vapes we recycle, which are used to make our fast charging CasuallyLoaded® powerbanks are thoroughly tested to ensure they are healthy and working properly.
These tests include a visual damage inspection, which we now use AI and machine vision to assist with. We then use a custom-made computer system to test each battery's electrical properties including its voltage, power output, internal resistance, electric capacity, and ability to hold a charge for extended periods of time.
To meet our high standards for performance and safety, each battery must pass each of these tests twice. Once as an individual battery and then again once connected with other batteries and installed within one of our powerbanks. If for any reason a battery by itself or within one of our powerbanks fails any of these tests, it will not be used. Instead, it will undergo a much more complex chemical recycling process.
Our method stops a huge amount of brand-new lithium-ion batteries and other vape-related waste from being buried in landfills, while also directly repurposing the batteries into a device able to take full advantage of their rechargeable, long-life nature.

All orders are sent as soon as possible using Australia Post standard shipping and should reach you within 1-2 weeks. If you need your items sooner, you can opt for express shipping at the checkout. Can I Get A Vape Bin For Myself?

EcoSig® bins are free for entertainment venues and other small, privately owned businesses.
However, larger government run and privately owned waste management organisations may incur a processing fee depending on the quantity of vapes that need to be recycled.
Are Your Products Australian Made?
Yes! All of our CasuallyLoaded® powerbanks are proudly made in Queensland, Australia.
However, we do use internationally sourced microchips and some raw plastic for economic reasons.
With that said, you can rest assured that buying one of our powerbanks supports a small Australian business, keeps your money in the Australian economy, and helps keep Australian manufacturing alive.
It also means your money won't end up lining the pockets of tax-dodging international conglomerates, which is a win for everyone!
