Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders in under 24 hours, 7 days a week, and they typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

However this may vary, especially during rush seasons such as Black Friday and the Christmas period. During these times orders may take longer to arrive. If you need your order as fast as possible, we also offer express shipping. 

Unfortunately we're currently unable to ship any of our products to addresses outside of Australia. This is due to tight aviation security regulations surrounding the transport of lithium batteries internationally by air, which are imposed by Australia Post, and the Australian Government.

If you live outside of Australia and would still like to purchase our products, please email us so we can create a custom shipping option for you. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
