Yes! All of our powerbanks are proudly made in Queensland, Australia.

However, we do use internationally sourced microchips and some raw plastic for economic reasons.

With that said, you can rest assured that buying one of our powerbanks supports a small Australian business, keeps your money in the Australian economy, and helps keep Australian manufacturing alive.

It also means your money won't end up lining the pockets of tax-dodging international conglomerates, which is a win for everyone!

All of our powerbanks are made using the lithium-ion battery cells we recover from the vapes we recycle. Each battery is then thoroughly tested to ensure its healthy and working properly.

These tests include a visual damage inspection, which we now use AI and machine vision to assist with. We then use a custom-made computer system to test each battery's electrical properties including its voltage, power output, internal resistance, electric capacity, and ability to hold a charge for extended periods of time.

To meet our high standards for performance and safety, each battery must pass each of these tests twice. Once as an individual battery and then again once connected with other batteries and installed within one of our powerbanks. If for any reason a battery by itself or within one of our powerbanks fails any of these tests, it will not be used. Instead, it will undergo a much more complex chemical recycling process.

The charging speed of our portable powerbanks varies based on the model you choose. The Boost-Pro and Triple Charge provide standard charging speeds just like a normal wall adapter.

While the Turbo-Boost offers 2.5x that speed and the Sonic Charge offers 3x that speed, as they are both fast chargers.

For the fastest possible charging, the PowerFlow Plus is equipped with a 4.5A fast charging USB Type-C output, fast charging USB Type-A output, and a fast wireless charging pad.

That said, the actual charging time for your phone will change based on the phones brand, model, and age.

Also, some smartphones are designed so that they can only be fast charged by powerbanks made by the same brand.

You can recharge any of our powerbanks by connecting a micro-USB cable to their charging input ports.

For the Boost-Pro and Triple Charge models you can only use a micro-USB cable to do this.

However, The Turbo-Boost and Sonic Charge also offer USB Type-C recharging, and the PowerFlow Plus offers the most recharging options, including micro-USB, lightning and fast USB Type-C.

We recommend using your phones 5V USB wall adapter to provide power for said recharging, regardless of which powerbank you are using.
